Panel safety checks
Your panel is the heart of your home power. Some old panels are not safe. Federal Pacific panels and Zinsco panels are known to fail. The breakers may not trip when they should. That can lead to a fire.
We check your panel brand and its condition. If you have a Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel, we tell you straight. These often need to be replaced. We explain your options with no pressure.

Why these problems happen
Flickering lights can mean a loose wire or a bad connection. A dead outlet can mean a tripped GFCI or a broken wire. Breakers that trip a lot can mean too much load on one circuit, or a short. Each problem points to something. We read the signs and find it.
A written report
You get a written report when we finish. It lists what we checked and what we found. It tells you what is safe and what needs work. No big words. Just plain facts you can use.
If we find something serious, like an unsafe panel, we explain it clear. You decide what to do next. There is never any pressure from us.
